buwan ng wika.. sept. 6, 2007

...BuWaN Ng WiKa...

what is the difference between the celebration of buwan ng wika in elementary and the celebration of buwan ng wika in high school??

actually there's no difference in the activities..there is also Interpretasyong sayaw in grade school but there is no halina sa nayon.
the only difference is that in grade school, teachers are the one who teaches you the dance steps and they are the one who buys all the props needed for the dance..
but it's very different in high school, in high school..students are the one making the dance steps..duh! it's very hard making the dance steps..and students are the one who is making and buying the props, etc.
wwaahh!! Some say that you will enjoy more in high school..is this what you call happiness??

there are two activities in our buwan ng wika this year..

the first activity is: "Interpretasyong Sayaw"

..In this activity students are to dance and make their own steps in certain s0ngs..
..duh! it's only our first year in high school and we don't know much bout' things in high school..
..i'm telling you it's really very very hard..
..1st year and 2nd year students are competing with each other in interpretasyong sayaw..
..3rd year and 4th year students are competing with each other in dula, sayaw, awit...

..Different s0ngs are given to different levels..

"halina't magsaya" and "ang pagtatanim" are the s0ngs given to 1st year students..
"bakya mo neneng" and "sit-sirit-sit" are the s0ngs given to 2nd year students...
..uuhhh.. i forgot the s0ngs given to 3rd and 4th year students.. hehe.. ^_^V

the second activity is the "Halina Sa Nayon"

..Every section is to pick one region from the philippines...
..Every section is to present the region that they picked..
..Every section is to make a nipa hut (bahay kubo)..
..Every section should bring foods, products, etc. from that region..
..And judges will ask the students about the said region..
